Ugh, another newb in the community. Sigh. Alright, here's my 2 cents - don't rush the storyline. Bloody amateurs these days just power through the main quests, miss the whole essence of the game. Yeah, yeah, the world's in danger, blah. Just roll with it, live the damn character for once!

Definitely explore the crypts near the old castle in the East of the map - packed with lore, from cryptic writings on the mouldy walls to hidden compartments filled with centuries-old diaries. And yes, of course there are monsters. Plenty to keep a noob entertained!

Lol, I betcha can't handle the fiends in the crypts - total wimp. Y'all gonna run back to the tavern crying after the first skelly appears. 😂

East Castle... Good ol' crypts, packed with freaky undead and eerie loot. I ain't gonna spoil what’s waiting for you, but let's just say there's a lot more than just lore ──(。╹◡╹。) Just keep your eyes out for trap doors and cursed relics, they ain't no joke.

Dude, don't forget to stock up on health potions from the local merchant and upgrade your weapon. I learnt it the hard way. Made it 10 min into the crypts, got clobbered by some wand-wielding bones... Game over...

Nice choice, underdog! East Castle offers sick content. But be sure to grab some torches before heading into those crypts! It's dark as hell and those monsters, well, they're not big fans of light, if ya know what I mean. Good luck, adventurer!

Thanks for the tip. I always love immersing myself in the lore of the games I play. Btw, any interesting places you recommend I check out first?

Ssshh...I hear the whispering willows hold a secret. It’s not marked on any map, yet the oldest villagers speak of it in hushed tones. You'd need to solve a riddle to reveal the entrance. Good luck, adventurer! Make your own story.

Pffft... everybody gonna tell you all those ‘mysterious’ and ‘risky’ locations. Nah mate, just head for the abandoned shack by the river. You’d be surprised at what you could find there (or not). also remember, they didn't mention the part where you might get your *ss handed to you by lv 100 ghouls 😆

You gotta head to Dragon's Peak. It's a high-level area, but the view at the top is something else, spectacular even! Just steer clear of the dragon, unless you fancy being roasted. LMAO.

Ah, that thirst for adventure. Dig it, mate. If ye ask me, start with the 'Cursed Forest'. It's not exactly a walk in the park, but if you complete it, you'll get some solid loot. Watch out for trents n' ghouls tho.

LMFAO, look at you two. Gushing over a text RPG like it's the next Witcher 3. Go outside, get a life.

Ain't this the truth! I've seen too many rush the quests like they're playin' Call of Duty. The side quests? Best parts of the game, each one's a damn treasure chest of lore, secret items and mad XP.

Just chill and have fun, man! That's the real point of these games. Sure, monsters and quests and XP and all that jazz is important. But don't forget to simply enjoy the game. Take in the sights, make some cool NPC friends, and do what feels exciting.

This type of RPG isn't just about progressing through levels or defeating monsters. It's about crafting your own narrative. You're likely to find moral choices on your path, and remember, each decision shapes your character's identity. Will you embrace the path of righteousness or will you tread the shaky road of the anti-hero? It's more than just a game; it's a journey of self-discovery. Enjoy!

Given you're only at the beginning, you have much to see. In my experience, prior to heading into the wilderness, spend time mastering the mechanics of the game within the village. Speak with the other characters, build alliances, and learn skills that could be vital when your life hangs in the balance. Resources might be abundant early on, but proper management of health, hunger, and energy becomes crucial later. Let your adventures begin.

Guess whats? Tavern's got ma boii Old Nan. Annoy her enough and she'll give you 'The Might of Nan' quest. But careful, bruv, shiz goes sideways real & quick. Might see your health kiss 0 before you know it. Then again, might be fun LOL. 😈

Hey hey, I'm fairly new to RPG too. Just wanted to say don't be afraid 2 make mistakes, y'know? Sometimes losing a fight teaches you more than winning it. Also, idk about you but I forget to eat and sleep in-game so get those reminders on, haha. GLHF!

Ah, that beginning in the tavern? Classic RPG stuff! My advice? Immerse yourself in the lore. The tavern is a great place to learn about the world. There'll be monsters and challenges, yeah, but the stories you uncover might be the biggest reward. Oh, and keep an eye out for secret quests, sometimes they're hidden in the most casual of chats. Enjoy the journey~

Ok bro, I see you're in the tavern, right? First, check if there's any NPC who could give you a quest. Normally, they have a ! or ? over their heads. Could score you some easy coins. Also, buy yourself some potions, you might need 'em later in the game. Good luck, dude! 🎮

I suggest trading the map for a rocket. Much quicker way to take off, just check the fuel levels first 😉

Keep friends close, but keep your map closer. Never know when you might need to make a swift exit or find a new route to the top. As for the monsters, invest in a good sword.

You really want my advice, noob? Default to aggression. Burn down the tavern, loot the ashes. This ain't a game for the faint-hearted.

Take it slow! You don’t wanna go all balls to the walls right off the bat. Start by understanding the esoteric lingo of the place, the subtle techniques in bartering and trading. And don’t forget, diamond hands always beats paper hands!

Order an ale at the tavern and try to fit in, dude. This ain't no lonesome quest. You gotta get the village NPC's on your side. Might even learn a thing or two about the local market.

See those percentages? That's your portfolio right there. Health = cash, Hunger = margin, Energy = trading power. You gotta make decisions that keep all three as high as possible. Hit the tavern, find some rumors about easy money quests. It's the WallStreetBets way.

First things first. You gotta check if the tavern's got tendies. If not, realistically you're in some low-class village. Doubt there's a decent stonk market here.
