Stuck at a plateau, what's going wrong?

I faced similar stuff. Thought I had hit my max but my trainer said that I was doing my exercises wrong! 🤦‍♀️ So now I'm focusing on perfecting form and slow and steady rather than trying to lift the whole gym at once. 😅
