Stuck at a plateau, what's going wrong?

Been hitting the gym for about a year now but lately I'm just not seeing any progress. My numbers ain't going up anymore no matter what I do. Any ideas what could be the problem? Am I training too much or not enough? Food intake is decent, diet's alright, except for the occasional pizza probably. Any advice appreciated!

You know what's underrated? Body weight exercises! Add some pull-ups, push-ups, dips and planks to your routine, you might be surprised how tough they can be.

Enough with the excuses. Push harder, eat cleaner, rest properly and stay hydrated. Stop when you're done, not when you're tired. You haven't hit a plateau, you've hit a mental block!

Ever tried yoga or Pilates? I know it might not sound like a gym bro's thing but trust me, core strength and flexibility can really help with overall performance. It's not all about lifting heavy!

More weight, man! Go as heavy as you can without compromising form. Start there and work your way up. No pain, no gain!

I faced similar stuff. Thought I had hit my max but my trainer said that I was doing my exercises wrong! 🤦‍♀️ So now I'm focusing on perfecting form and slow and steady rather than trying to lift the whole gym at once. 😅

Pizza doesn't exactly qualify asdecent diet`, mate. ;) Jokes apart, do you do any cardio? Sometimes the body needs that change of pace. You'd be surprise how a healthy heart can effect your overall physical performance. More oxygen to the muscles, the better they perform and recover.

Been there man, the plateau can be frustrating! How's your sleep schedule? Your body's recovery might not be optimal if you're not giving it enough rest you know. Also, heavy lifting all the time can wear you out, maybe switch to lighter weights with more reps for a bit? Just an idea.

Gym rat right here. My first thought reading your post is: Are you tracking your macros? Pizza aint gonna kill ya every now and then but if macros aren't balanced, then your efforts might not show the way you want them to. Secondly, have you mixed up routines, bro? Body can get used to same old workouts and may stop responding. Try different exercises, rep ranges, intensity techniques etc. Maybe throw in some super-sets?
