The Importance of Mental Health in Fitness

Absolutely agree with you. Meditation has been a game changer for me. It wasn't easy to start, but now it's just as important as my workout routine. And it has definitely made a difference in dealing with stress and overall mental wellbeing. Can't recommend it enough for any fitness enthusiast.
