That one thriller where the guy has amnesia

Okay team, there's this thriller show that I can't for the life of me recall. Main guy wakes up with no memory, pretty sure it's in a motel room, and he finds clues that he's part of something BIG. Like, government conspiracy level big. Every episode is him discovering more about himself and the people after him. It's not 'Bourne' or anything, this was definitely for TV. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

This totally sounds like 'Blindspot'. The main character isn't a guy, but a woman who wakes up in Times Square with no memory and mysterious tattoos all over her body, and it's definitely tied to a larger conspiracy. It’s a perfect fit other than the gender switch and the motel room detail. Check it out!

Sounds kinda like 'Kyle XY,' but that wasn't really about a government conspiracy... I think 'Traveler' is closer to what you're describing though, guy wakes up and he’s wrapped up in some serious shady stuff. Not sure it's the one but hope this helps!
