Muni service interruptions never end...

So Muni’s at it again. Stuck on the K for ages, then PA says there’s a 'slight delay'. Right, like half an hour's 'slight'. Anyone else think our public transport could use some big improvements?

Remember when the cable cars were the backbone of public transit here? Those were the days. Every time there's a 'slight delay' on the Muni, I just think about the history of SF transit and how far we've come. Still, yeah, they gotta step it up.

Always leave early if you're taking the Muni, that's the golden rule. Still, get where you're going and sometimes, you meet some interesting people during the delays. It's all part of the SF experience!

lol imagine relying on Muni to be on time. 🤡🚌✨ Walk or bike, your health and sanity will thank you. Or just get a helicopter like I did. Problem solved.

Is it always like this? First time taking the K and I was late to work because of the delay. Not impressed.

Hey folks, I follow SFMTA meetings closely and actually, they're working on improvements, but funding and bureaucracy slow things down. It's not as simple as flipping a switch. However, community pressure can work wonders. Attending city council meetings and writing to our representatives could actually make a real difference.

This is why I can't stand Muni. Every other day there's some issue. Like are they even doing their jobs?? We need a full overhaul or just find a new way to get around. Ugh!

I know it's frustrating, but consider the complexity of SF's transport system. It's a mesh of old and new tech, with so many moving parts! That being said, I wish SFMTA would be more transparent with their delays and offer better real-time updates.

Ugh, I feel your pain. Riding the Muni can be such a hit or miss. They definitely need more reliable schedules and better maintenance. This isn't the first time I've been stuck like this.
