Shadow time lapses are not discussed enough here. It's when shadows move irregularly, indicating missing time or presence of something otherworldly. Documented a full analysis with timestamps of shadows in my house over a month. Noticed discrepancies lining up with feelings of dread. Will share my findings here, piece by piece.

Shadows aren't to be trifled with. They are windows to the spirit world, and what you're describing might be a shadow being's presence. Try to notice if the temperature drops when these discrepancies in the shadow movement occur. And be careful, documenting them can draw their attention. If you're feeling dread, there's likely a reason. Trust your gut, and maybe try some protective rituals, just to be safe.

Fascinated by the topic. But have you considered more mundane explanations before jumping to the paranormal? I work with optics and sometimes the simplest explanation is light refraction or diffraction, even from inside the house. Or maybe your camera's framerate isn't syncing with the flicker frequency of artificial lights, creating the illusion. However, I'm interested in your data – mind sharing it piece by piece like you said? It'd be interesting to analyze it from a scientific perspective.

I've experienced something like this before. Shadows in my room tend to move unnaturally occasionally and I never have any memory of the time it happens. The air would feel heavier, and I'd find myself somewhere else in the room without knowing how I got there. I always chalked it up to bad dreams or sleepwalking, but reading your post gives me goosebumps. Can't wait to read your analysis. Might give me some answers too.
