Just got my gym membership today, feeling overwhelmed

Where do I even start, guys? There are so many machines and things, no idea what half of them do. Looking for advice on how to get started. By the way, I am 30+ and looking to lose some weight and build some strength. Thanks!

Food's where most of this battle is won. Cut out junk, up your proteins, complex carbs n lots of greens. Trust me, fix your diet, and you're halfway there.
