Looks like a great recipe for on-the-go folks! I think I might switch the almond butter to chia seeds for more fiber :) Love the simplicity of it, can't wait to try!

Looks tasty but I stick to my classic eggs, bacon and oats in the morning. A smoothie ain't gonna give you gains like a solid breakfast. Just my 2 cents.

Vegan athlete here. Love this dairy-free recipe! Just wanted to add that swapping almond milk for soy milk could boost the protein content for us vegan fitness enthusiasts. Almond milk is great but comparatively low in protein.

I've been making smoothies for a while now and this combination never disappoints! I like to freeze my bananas and berries for some extra chill. Also, for an additional protein bump, I sometimes toss in Greek yogurt. Great share!

While this is an overall well-balanced smoothie, consider swapping the ripe banana with a green one if you're looking to reduce simple sugars since ripe bananas have a higher sugar content. Plus, green bananas are a great source of resistant starch, which acts as a prebiotic, promoting gut health.

The spinach addition is smart; it's rich in micronutrients such as iron and magnesium. Make sure you add a source of Vitamin C to aid iron absorption though! The mixed berries are good, but something like a small orange or kiwi could help too.

Also, depending on your protein goals, you might want to add a scoop of protein powder. Whey, pea or rice protein could work well in this context and won't alter your smoothie's flavor much.

Other than that, solid recipe!

Heya! New to the smoothie game here. This recipe looks pretty solid, gonna try it out tomorrow morning. Quick one though, can I use peanut butter instead of almond? Would it mess up my macros?
