At 73, managed a shaky 35 seconds but I'm happy as a clam. Age is just a number, folks. Stay active, live longer. Good luck to everyone tackling the full minute!

Good on y'all for accepting the challenge! I love planks, they're my zen time. Lets me focus on breathing and mind muscle connection. Plus it's always fun to see improvements over time as you get stronger. Remember, it's not about who can do it the longest, it's about making that consistent effort to keep active and healthy.

Barely managed 20 seconds, I guess this is my wake up call. 😅 But it's a start! Anyone got tips for maintaining good form?

Adding a twist to this, I completed the 1 minute while throwing in some punches to work the obliques too. Really feels the burn. Try it out! But remember to keep stable and don't twist your back. Core should do all the work.

Been doing planks as part of my routine for a couple months now. Pro tip: I find playing my favorite song helps distract me from the burn. Just gotta remember to keep breathing and not let form slack during the full minute!

Alright challenge accepted! Plank is one of my go-to core workouts. They're not easy, especially when done right, but the benefits are worth it. Engages your whole body and strengthens the core like no other exercise I know. If you're a beginner, don't be disheartened if you can't hold it for a minute straight away. Start wherever you can, even if it's just 10 seconds, and work your way up. Keep that form tight and keep breathing! 💪
