Lol bro, were you trying out a new form of powerlifting? 😂 Just messing with ya. Get checked out if it keeps happening though.

Oh wow, that sounds terrible! Thanks for the heads up. I'm just starting out myself, will make sure to go easy on the protein shakes and heavy food before hitting the gym!

As a doctor, I'd say this isn't typical. Diarrhea during or after exercise can occur, but it isn't normal. If it was a one time thing, maybe it was something you ate. But if it's an ongoing issue, you should definitely see a medical professional. It could indicate an underlying condition such as IBS or a food intolerance.

Bruh, do you take a protein shake before your workout? Too much whey protein can sometimes unsettle your stomach. Try adjusting the amount or switching to a different brand. Also, avoid a heavy meal pre-workout. All about the timing and quality of what ya eat.

Hahaha, Oh man, I'm sorry, I know it's a serious issue but your post got me laughing. Listen, keep a good diet, stay hydrated, and forget about this. We've all had our embarrassing gym moments! 💩💪

OMG, dude, that's rough! Umm, but you probably shouldn't ignore this. It's not really normal. Check your food and drink before training, man. And if it doesn't stop, maybe see a doctor. Hope you figure it out!

Fitness Trainer here,

No, it's not normal to have bowel issues while working out. Might be your diet, or drink lots of water, dehydration can cause stomach problems. You'll want to eat light and healthy 2-3 hours before gym, and if this keeps happening, see a doctor because it might be something unrelated to working out, all the best!

Bro, chill. It happens to the best of us. Just really watch what u eat before hitting the gym, especially if you'll be doing demanding exercises like squats. If you're using a pre-workout, it could be messing with your stomach too.
