Attention all PAW Patrol parents and fans! I've mastered the Pup Snack recipe that's both healthy and kid-approved. Here goes:
Ingredients: - 2 cups oat flour - 1/2 cup peanut butter (xylitol-free!) - 1 large banana, mashed - 1 egg - 1/4 cup applesauce, unsweetened - Dog bone-shaped cookie cutter
Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you get a moist dough. 3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/2 inch thick. 4. Cut out snacks using the cookie cutter. 5. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 6. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Let 'em cool and serve. They're great for kiddos and for any canine companion pups you got at home. PAW Patrol is on a roll... into your kitchen! 🍪

I made these for my son's birthday party, and they were not only a hit with the kids but also with our two Labradors. It was so heartwarming to see the joy on all their faces. I'll definitely be making these treats a tradition for our family's special occasions. Thank you for sharing this recipe!

Did someone say pup snacks? Here's a twist - add a sprinkle of cinnamon or a dab of honey for a touch of sweetness without the sugar rush. I've done it with my recent batch and they were a huge hit at the dog park! Also, works charms for getting the little ones to sit through an entire episode of PAW Patrol while I get some chores done, lol. Be sure to check for allergies first though!

Just a quick reminder from a vet's corner - make sure that peanut butter is REALLY xylitol-free. Even a smidgen of the stuff can be really harmful to dogs. Also, always in moderation, friends! Treats are great but too many can lead to pudgy pups and kids alike! 😉

These sound so wholesome and easy to make! I'm always cautious about what I feed my fur baby and my nephew when they're playing together. Glad to see an option that's good for both pups and kids! Have you tried adding any other fruits or veggies into the mix? Like maybe a bit of pureed pumpkin or carrots? Might be fun to tweak the recipe for the different seasons! 🥕🎃
