wayyyy too much caffeine todayyyy

Yeah, that's a common misstep 😅 Been preached to convert to the 'green side' a lot because of all the health benefits. Trick is not to overdo it! Maybe introduce something like yoga or meditation before bed to counteract the caffeine and help fix the sleep thing—works for me!
