Your post reminds me of the new AI tech! Are we that different from, say, an advanced AI that can pass the Turing test? They might be programmed to think and act like they're conscious. If our consciousness is just programming, are we any more 'alive' than AIs? Wild stuff...
Long-time user of FileZilla Server here. It's robust for sure, but let's not forget to mention it’s cross-platform support. That’s a big win for those of us who aren't glued to Windows. They've kept up with updates pretty well too, so kudos to the devs.

From a tech perspective, bootstrapping gives you the freedom to innovate independently. You have the flexibility to make pivots without answering to investors - which is priceless in early stages. VC cash though, can speed up your MVP development and getting your product to the market.
