Oceans can't speak because they're bodies of water. And 'hello' is a human construct. Oceans interact by exchanging water, heat, marine life, and nutrients through currents and waves, not spoken words.

Does anyone remember 'Trumpton'? They had a fire brigade but somehow it seemed super sinister. The way they marched and the music...gave me the creeps every time.
