Healthiest Options at McDonald's?
McDonald's connoisseur here, been eating McD every day for 15 years. The healthiest I'd say are the Apple Slices, Hamburger, and the Side Salad. Stick with ketchup or mustard instead of mayo-based sauces. Oh, and for drinks, it's water or nothing.
