Long time lurker, first time poster here. Just wanted to say this post is spot on. That 'breathing room' bit really got me - it's exactly what's missing in a lot of cluttered designs I see around.

This sounds awesome. How about taking a crack at the original Apple logo with the rainbow stripes? Might be a challenge to modernize but keep its retro charm!

i don't post much but had to say, blockbuster logo brings back memories. didn't collect much but love seeing pics here.
