I have to disagree with you on the Carbonara - it's supposed to be a little salty because of the pancetta, and honestly, cream doesn’t belong in a true Carbonara at all. Carluccio's is okay if you're not looking for authenticity.
**Dough Bros Pizzeria? More like Dough No's Pizzeria.** Real talk - if the crust ain't got the air pockets of a proper dough, it's a crime. And ketchup on pizza is just sad, that’s kid stuff. An authentic Tomate sauce should have herbs, garlic, and simmer down to perfection, capisce?
This is a great reminder of what not to do! But honestly, I’ve seen some so-called ‘Italian’ restaurants that don’t do much better. Let's keep the traditions alive!
