couldnt stop downing energy drinks now my health is trash

Hydration is key!! Replace those drinks with water, herbal teas, or diluted fruit juice. Energy drinks are a short-term solution with long-term problems. Time to focus on sleep, eating right, and maybe some vitamins to help with energy. Your body needs real fuel, not just caffeine and sugar.
