Kale & Quinoa Salad with Lemon-Tahini Dressing

This salad is my JAM! I make something similar, but I like to throw in some chickpeas for extra protein. Also sometimes swap the almonds for sunflower seeds. Gonna try your lemon-tahini dressing next time, it sounds perfect! 🥗💪

Grandma's Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookies!

Looks delish! But, anyone have a healthier tweak to this? Like maybe subbing in some almond flour and coconut sugar? Trying to keep it sweet but not let my sugar spike hit the roof lol.
