How can I optimize my workout with only 1 hour in the gym?
yo compound exrcises are the bomb man. i swear by squats, deadlifts, bench all dat. u can do like 3x5 for strength. for cardio just do rowing or sprints for some fat burning. and dont forget to stretch bro, gotta keep loose
