Feeling demotivated coz of slow progress
Hey guys, just started hitting the gym 2 months ago and it feels like I'm not seeing enough progress. I know it takes time but it's so frustrating when u feel like ur not getting anywhere. Anyone else feel dis way? Fanks in advance.
