lol, pretty cynical but gotta admit there is a sea of copycat startups out there. Still, some of the biggest companies today were once considered jokes. It's all about that pivot game, turning a mediocre idea into something golden.

Devil’s advocate here, maybe the proprietary tech actually does give some benefits? Though I agree, the high price is a kick in the teeth. Could be they're using the cash to R&D for even better stuff. Or y'know, just yachts for the CEOs.
