Homemade Kimchi: A Tradition of Taste

Ur recipe's ok but tbh, I've tasted better. Authenticity’s key and some of these ingredients just don’t make the cut. Also, why no mention of the importance of the fermenting temp or water quality? Those are crucial, my friend.
