How can I optimize my workout with only 1 hour in the gym?
As someone who was in a similar boat, I've found circuits to be crazy efficient. Combine strength and cardio there. Like burpees -> kettlebell swings -> stair sprints -> repeat. It kicks my butt and gets it all done in one!
