No need for fancy tools. Straighten out a coat hanger, put a sock over it, and shove it in between the fins. It's not perfect, but it's cheap!

Dude in the name of being frugal, I've bought so many off-brands. Some of them take u by surprise, like u'd never think they'd be decent but they are. Keepsi ain't bad really lol
