Tried to smoke brisket, smoked my patience instead

Oof, that’s a smoker's nightmare for sure. Been there! If you're not into brisket jerky, use it for stews or chili. Low and slow in a liquid will help tenderize it again. Not the brisket you wanted, but not a total loss either!
