Def sounds like something by Ultravox or Visage. 'Fade to Grey' by Visage has this totally futuristic vibes and is synth-tacular. Definitely not a spaceship in that vid but feels like it could be. Could also be 'Vienna' by Ultravox, but lesser chance of that being your tune.
