OMG! 'Mozzarella Meltdown' More like 'Meltdown in my Mouth'

So I thought, ya know, maybe I'll try this new pizza joint downtown, 'Mozzarella Meltdown.' Huge mistake dudes. What they called a pizza was more like a crude oil spill on yeasty bread. And the so-called 'mozzarella'? More like stringy plastic. Not to mention portions were laughable. Imagine, a four slice pizza for two people. What is this, a diet plan? I'd sooner eat the cardboard box it came in. Don't say I didn't warn ya.

A four slice pizza that tastes terrible? They're definitely on to something new, a taste aversion diet plan. That's one way to get people to eat less. Kidding aside, thanks for the warning. Sounds like this place is a hard pass.

Hi, new to this subreddit. It's so hard to find a good pizza place, they all say they're the greatest but then you end up with plastic cheese and oil spills like you described. Will definitely avoid this one. Thanks for the warning.

Sigh, just another downtown pizza disappointment. I swear, I've had more hits from hole-in-the-wall mom-and-pop joints. Seems like as soon as they rent commercial real estate, they forget how to make good food. Sorry for your cruddy lunch dude.

Man, I feel your pain! Nothing more disappointing than stringy plastic cheese masquerading as mozzarella. If you're going to call yourself 'Mozzarella Meltdown,' at least get the damn cheese right! Thanks for the heads-up, mate. Dodging a bullet there.

A four slice pizza for two people? Sounds like a dream come true for me. But seriously, sorry to hear about your experience, I hate it when restaurants play around with portion sizes. Hope your next pizza adventure is a whole lot tastier!

LOL! Are you sure you didn't eat the box by mistake? How can it be worse than the pizza? 😂

Been in the pizza business for 20 years. What you described is what happens when food cost targets take precedence over quality. Crude oil spilling on yeasty bread, haha! An apt description. If you want some quality pizza, either make it at home or visit a place that knows their dough.

Bruh, I was about to check that place out next weekend. Gonna give it a pass now. Now I understand why their prices were so cheap. Thanks for saving my gut.
