So I thought, ya know, maybe I'll try this new pizza joint downtown, 'Mozzarella Meltdown.' Huge mistake dudes. What they called a pizza was more like a crude oil spill on yeasty bread. And the so-called 'mozzarella'? More like stringy plastic. Not to mention portions were laughable. Imagine, a four slice pizza for two people. What is this, a diet plan? I'd sooner eat the cardboard box it came in. Don't say I didn't warn ya.

Sigh, just another downtown pizza disappointment. I swear, I've had more hits from hole-in-the-wall mom-and-pop joints. Seems like as soon as they rent commercial real estate, they forget how to make good food. Sorry for your cruddy lunch dude.

Man, I feel your pain! Nothing more disappointing than stringy plastic cheese masquerading as mozzarella. If you're going to call yourself 'Mozzarella Meltdown,' at least get the damn cheese right! Thanks for the heads-up, mate. Dodging a bullet there.

Been in the pizza business for 20 years. What you described is what happens when food cost targets take precedence over quality. Crude oil spilling on yeasty bread, haha! An apt description. If you want some quality pizza, either make it at home or visit a place that knows their dough.
