So, I paid visit to Chomp n' Chew last Friday. Honestly, I dunno where to start. Place was a mess, tables not wiped down. Staff were just standing around joking. Guess customer service ain't priority here. The burger I ordered turned up lukewarm and had all the structural integrity of a wet paper bag. Fries tasted like cardboard, seriously where's the salt at?! Was hoping to wash it down with a cold one but NOPE - beer was flat. Frankly, so was the entire experience. Save your bucks people, this place ain't worth it!

Hey there,
I read your review of Chomp n' Chew and I gotta say, I'm not at all surprised. It's a place that just doesn't seem to value customer satisfaction. I mean, would it kill them to swipe a cloth across tables? Or spend an extra minute on cooking a proper burger? I watched the staff during my visit, a couple of months ago, and it looked like a social club more than a restaurant. It's just too casual, in all the wrong ways.
I honestly have tasted food court burgers that were succulent and had a perfect balance of flavor. At half the price. I found myself hankering for a decent portion of fries - the crispy, salted, mouth-watering kind, not what was on my plate. You can actually buy better frozen fries from the supermarket!
And the beer... my God, the beer. What's up with serving flat beer? A cold, frothy beer can save even a half-decent meal. But no, couldn't even get that right.
My condolences to you, brother/sister. We've both been victims to this contemptible business. I've been actively spreading the word to save others from this disgrace. Let's rally for better food with our wallets. Avoid Chomp n' Chew like the plague.

Man, thts a rip. I know the feelin tho - went Chomp n' Chew couple weeks back, waitress looked like she'd rather be anywhere but there. Took ages t'get ma order and burger tasted like it'd been sittin out all day. No respect for the classic burger n fries combo, smh.

Oh goodness, Chomp n' Chew? chuckles I visited that establishment last year, I believe. It truly is a blight upon the culinary map – an insult to fine dining. The apathy of staff, their utter laissez-faire attitude towards a clean eating space is a quintessential representation of their dreadful service. And the food, oh my, the less said the better. Lukewarm burger they serve, with the texture of a poorly molded mud pie. Cardboard would indeed taste superior to those 'fries'. A lamentable experience, indeed. Your review, sir/madam, is absolutely spot-on!
