So my morning coffee is now ruined thank to 'JavaHouse' - they've turned their cozy, cuppa joe logo into what looks like a toddler's first attempt at abstract art. Who on earth equates sipping coffee with jagged shapes and clashing colors? Time to switch coffee houses.

Working in a coffee shop myself, I can't help but cringe. Whoever thought this was a reflection of a coffee house's soul must've had a caffeine overdose. It's not just about the beans, man, it's about the feel, the culture. This? This ain't it.

From a business angle, it's a risky move. They're shedding their established identity in hopes of capturing a new audience, but what about the loyal customers? Businesses often underestimate the value of their visual identity. A rebrand like this could cost them more than just the design bill.

Branding pro here. While I get the push for modern and 'fresh,' this just screams desperation. A coffee logo needs to invite warmth and familiarity, not play hide and seek with whatever those shapes are supposed to be. Missed the mark big time. COFFEE isn't abstract, it's comfort!

Absolutely tragic. My eyes were assaulted this morning by the new JavaHouse 'brand.' Whoever signed off on that hot mess must have taste buds as bad as their design sense. Coffee culture has a history, an aesthetic—this ain't it. Bring the old vibe back!
