Decided to kick off the year with a brain-freeze. Literally. Ice baths every day for an entire month. My technique?

Got a tub, loaded it with bags of ice from the corner store. Hopped in. Shivered. Repeat.

I was numb by day 3, but by day 31? I WAS THE ICE. If you wanna feel like a human popsicle stick, this is your jam. Anyone managed to do it without turning blue? Share your frosty tips!

Impressive streak! I've been an ice-bath junkie for years now, and I suggest alternating between hot and cold if you're planning to go that extreme again. It's called contrast therapy, good for circulation. And it might save your toes from becoming actual popsicle sticks next time.
