That 90s show with the talking car??

Yo peeps, need help finding this classic gem. It was a 90s show, think it aired early Saturdays? There was this dude, pretty sure he was a detective or something, and his best pal was this talking car. It’s like KITT from Knight Rider but NOT Knight Rider. The car was way sassier, think it had these cool neon lights under it? Pretty sure the car got blown up every other episode but always came back the next week good as new. Anyone know what I’m talkin’ about here?
