Okay, folks, here's the rundown. The worst thing you can do while heading out for your holiday is forget something important. So, I've made us a comprehensive packing list, cuz let's face it, we've all felt that sinking feeling of forgetting something, right?
Passports & Tickets: Obvious, but can be easy to forget in the holiday hustle. Always place them in a safe but accessible place.
Money: Both cash and cards. Don't use cash, you ask? Always have a contingency. ATMs can go down, cards can stop working.
Phone & Charger: You'll need it for everything, from capturing the holiday memories to navigating through unknown territories. Extra points if you're taking an international adapter.
Toiletries & Medicines: Travel-size toiletries to save on bag space, and don't forget to take travel sickness meds, or any other prescriptions you might have.
Food Snacks: Trust me, you'll thank me when you're stuck in holiday traffic or flight delays!
Entertainment: Long journey? Don't forget books, cards or portable gaming devices to help pass the hours.
Besides this basic list, pack according to your destination and the weather forecast. Most crucially, PACK AHEAD of time, double-check, and set reminders for last-minute items. Holidays are all about relaxation and fun, so plan and avoid the dreaded 'well that sucks' moment!

Add a first-aid kit to that list. You might think 'barely gonna use it' but while traveling you're more likely to sustain mild injuries liker scrapes, blisters or the occasional burn. The peace of mind it brings is worth the extra space it takes. Essential, but overlooked.
