My cookies merged into one mega-cookie - not the plan...

So I’m new to this baking gig, right? Thought I’d try out making some sugar cookies. Looked easy enough. Followed the recipe to a T, or so I thought. Put them in the oven, set the timer, and yup, when I checked, I had one giant blob of cookie. Didn’t even keep their cute shapes. Guess spacing them out is kinda important. lol my bad. 😅

Epic fail, my dude. At least you'll only need one glass of milk for that monster haha.

One mega-cookie? Sounds like you accidentally won at baking, if you ask me. 😜 Just slice it up and pretend it was on purpose. 'Gourmet cookie slab,' anyone?

That's a classic newbie move for sure! If it makes u feel any better, I once forgot to add sugar to my sugar cookies. Talk about wellthatsucks... 😂 Anyway, enjoy your mega-cookie!

Ah, the classic Cookie Blob. Welcome to the 'I Messed Up Baking Club'. We have jackets. Seriously though, maybe try to not drop them all in one spot next time? 🍪

Oof, that's rough. The recipe might've missed the fact that dough needs to chill before hitting the oven. Chilling helps cookies hold their shape and stops 'em from flowing into one another like a sugary lava field. 😆

Hey, I see you've discovered the unintended creation of cookie continents! Size does matter when it comes to dropping that dough – a small ice cream scoop can help portion it out evenly. Make sure there's enough room, like 3 inches between each, as they'll spread out as they bake. Cooling racks are your friend, so they don't continue to cook on a hot pan. Keep on baking, you'll get it next time!

Haha happens to the best of us! Next time try leaving a couple of inches between each cookie. They need space to spread out without becoming conjoined twins. 😂
