Burnt toast triggered fire alarm at 3 am FML

Not even kidding, bro. I work late, came home, thought I'd grab a quick bite - a freakin toast, no big deal, right? Burnt it to cinders (don't ask), triggered the damn fire alarm. At 3 in the a-friggin-morning. Neighbours aren't chuffed, I can tell ya. FML.

Maybe it's time for a midnight snack diet, eh? Spare the neighbourhood the early morning dramatics.

LOL, those 3 am munchies can lead you to some fiery situations. Pro tip: cereal, not toast. Trust me.

Dude, you need to invest in a toaster oven. They're less likely to turn your toast into a carbon disc, and if it does go wrong, the door contains the smoke and keeps it from setting off the alarm. And if it's a countertop model, you can just unplug it and stick it outside or in the bathroom until it's aired out. Best of luck!

Back in my day, we didn't burn toast cuz we were too busy WORKING. Now you youngsters can't even make toast without setting off the whole damn building... Respect the quiet hours, will ya!

Emergency! Emergency! Toast on fire! You sure played the role of a fire alarm for your neighbors at 3 am. Nice job, mate! 😂

Hahaha! That's a new level of burning toasts! You sure you didn't try to grill a steak on that toaster? 😂 Well, now you have a failproof alarm clock, I will say.

As an individual who prides themselves on the perfect crispness and colouration of a wisely chosen slice of bread, I must advise you to consider evaluating your toasting parameters. The degree of heat, the duration of the toast and even the quality of the bread all play a vital role in achieving the ideal toast. Properly done, it should result in a browning, not charring, effect which allows the taste of the bread to enhance rather than become a burned, thereby preventing your midnight snack from transforming into early morning alarm bells. Remember, the art of toasting demands attention!

Aw mate, that blows! Done the late-night toast thing myself too many times, never set off the alarm though. you'd think they could make less sensitive fire alarms right? Hang in there, mate!
