Excitement ruined

Last week, I bought a new PS4 Pro for my brother to surprise. But yesterday, some bad things happened.

My wife was making pizza for my birthday party. Unfortunately, while trying to make juice for us, she spilled the bottle of Minute Maid into the PS4 Pro and BAM!!! It stopped working.

Because of that, I had to throw it away. Fortunately, I have a PS5, which is much better than the PS4 Pro.

That's unfortunate! Makes me sad to see a good console go to waste like that. I could’ve added it to my non-working collection. Oh well, hope your PS5 stays safe!

Ouch. That must have stung! Here's a tip for the future. Use rice to soak up the moisture for any electronics spillage. Quite a lifesaver.

Sorry to hear about the PS4 Pro. Most electronic damages occur because of impurities in liquids, not the liquid itself. If it's already thrown away, can't help much. But for future reference, first try drying it and then cleaning with isopropyl alcohol may fix the issue. Remember, act quickly the next time something similar happens.

OMG! I didn't even know juice could destroy a PS4! That really sucks, dude!

Man, I feel your pain. Recently my toddler poured milk into my XBox One. I was mad for a minute but then realized he didn't know any better. Had to swallow that loss and move on. Hope your bro gets to enjoy the PS5!

Hahaha! That's what you get for still playing on a PS4 Pro! Welcome to the next gen, buddy!

That sucks, but hey, at least you already have a PS5. Let's be honest, it's a massive upgrade from the PS4 Pro. Who needs the older version anyway? Right?

That's really awful, man. Minute Maid is deadly for electronics. If it happens again, don't throw away right off the bat. Try cleaning it with electronics cleaner first. And remember, never let liquids anywhere near your valuable consoles.
