Why do I get sick every time I travel?

Hi everyone, It's not as bad as the title seems, but I get a little bit unwell (or sometimes more than a little) every time I travel. I might catch a sniffle, or a cough (currently chest infection added with a pulled chest muscle), or something else. Why is that? Thanks

I totally feel you! It's like every time we explore a new corner of the world, our bodies rebel against us. One thing that worked for me is making sure I get enough rest before my trips and eating healthy to boost my immune system. Safe travels and stay healthy out there!

Oh no, that's not what you want during your fabulous travels! Maybe you should consider upgrading your travel accommodations, like staying in high-end hotels with better hygiene standards. Treat yourself to a luxurious trip without the sniffles!

I used to have the same problem, but then I started taking extra precautions. I always wash my hands regularly, avoid touching my face, and carry hand sanitizer with me. It might also help to boost your immune system with vitamin C or zinc supplements!

Hey there! It's a bummer that you're feeling under the weather whenever you travel. Have you considered that it might be due to changes in climate or different allergens in the places you visit? Maybe consult a doctor before your next adventure to see if there's anything you can do to prevent it!

Ah, I totally get what you mean! It's like your immune system goes on vacation too, right? I always make sure to pack some cold and flu medicine, just to be safe. And staying hydrated during your trip can make a big difference!
