Those sound like Monster Cookies! Definitely oats in them and they're super forgiving - you can basically mix in whatever 'ambrosial joy' you've got hanging around in the pantry. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, cream together the butter and both sugars until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then the vanilla. omg i totally know the cookies you're talking about! i dont have the exact recipe but definitely oats, nuts, choco chips and I THINK there might be some shredded coconut in there too?? sometimes they throw in something wild like toffee bits. hope someone here has the full recipe cuz now i wanna bake em 😭🍪
