Truly Scrumptious Bonbons and Truffles Shop in Brussels

Fellow Foodies! There's this absolute gem of a store I discovered when I was in Brussels. Specialize in bonbons and truffles. Dark Chocolate! Milk Chocolate! Special Rubies filled with ganache! Signature batches of praline! 🍫 The chocolates were so rich and decadent that I was in cocoa heaven! Not able to remember the store's name though. Chocoholics who've been in Brussels, can you help me out here?

Woahh! Could be any top-notch chocolatier really...Pierre Marcolini? Frederic Blondeel? Passion Chocolat? Mary's? Neuhaus? Godiva? Elisabeth? They're all splendid! Those Belgians sure do know their chocolates well! 🍫

What, you went to Brussels and didn't remember the name of the chocolate shop? Dude, that's like going to Paris and forgetting the name of the tower. Pahahaha! 😂

Bruh, you can't be forgetting the name! But it seems like Mary's Chocolatier. One of the Royal Warrant holders here, and believe me, their stuff is fit for a king! If not, it was probably Leonidas or Neuhaus, also fantastic places.

Based on your description, sounds like the artisanal shop of Jean Galler. His love for quality and refined tastes is reflected in the extensive range of truffles and bonbons of his flagship store in Brussels. The shop itself is a delight to the senses, with its decadent aroma of cocoa and vibrant display of assorted chocolates. Galler's chocolates maintain the tradition of Belgian quality, yet venture into innovative creations, truly a gastronomy adventure!

I think you're talking about Neuhaus! It's pretty famous in Brussels. Master of pralines, and those truffles...chef's kiss 😋

Sounds like Pierre Marcolini. This world-class chocolatier is famous for its sophisticated palette and an array of petit gateaux, macarons, and pralines. Defo a must-visit for any chocolate aficionado when in Brussels!
