Trying to find this Aussie Rules player from the 80s

Alright so im trying to find this former footy player. He played in the VFL back in the 80s, reckon he was part of the Essendon Bombers. Had a kickass mullet and a moustache, and was kind of short. Fella was really bloody fast though. Can't remember his name for the life of me, any of you men remember him?

You are most probably referring to Merv Neagle. He played for Essendon Bombers in the mid to late 80s. He stood about 180 cm, which is a little on the shorter side for footy players, and was known for his excellent speed. And of course, his iconic moustache and mullet!

Might be thinking of Merv Neagle? He definitely fits the mullet and moustache description. Not sure about the height though.
