Need help locating that one outback pub

I was on a road trip bout a decade ago, in the middle of nowhere. Stumbled upon this smallish outback pub. Best steak I've ever had, they served it with this really unique sauce. Place had a sorta rustic feeling, big stuffed croc in the corner of the room too. Name was something like 'Roos and... something'. I've been trying to find that place again or at least the name. Anyones got any idea!?

Love that croc! As for the place, pretty sure it's Roos and Rigs, mate. Between the crocodile and the steak, it's a bit of a local gem.

Yep, Roos and Rigs in Cobar. Best steak you'll find out here in the outback. Just be careful driving there after a few beers, roads are a bit treacherous round these parts.
