Help find that chicken recipe with apples!!

I'm looking for a recipe and it's driving me nuts. It involves cooking chicken with apples and some sort of cider? It's not just any recipe, it was super special and had herbs in it but not like, the usual ones. Anyone got any ideas, I'm trying to impress someone here and googling has totally failed me 😭
