Megaman! My man! Yeah, he had this cartoon that was so rad. It was like they took the video game and gave it a Saturday morning twist. I remember him having a dog named Rush that could turn into stuff, and his sister Roll was always fixing things. The villain bots were always so cheesy but great! Gotta love the 90s.

Definitely the Mega Man animated series you're remembering. It aired for two seasons starting in 1994. The character's full title was Mega Man: The Animated Series, and it was developed by Ruby-Spears Productions. You might also recall some of the characters from the series, like Dr. Light, Roll, Proto Man, and of course, the villainous Dr. Wily and his robot minions. It gets mixed up with the games, but the show had its own vibe.
