What's that device for handling multiple remotes?

Yo fam, been trying to figure this out. My dad use to have this thingy that could control like five devices at once. It was like some universal remote or sumthing. Does anyone know what it's called? I could really use one to control my setup.

Ya, Universal Remote mate. Check online, lotsa options. Get one with good reviews, unless you enjoy chucking batteries at your devices to get 'em to work.

Multi... what? Last I checked we only had two hands, fam. One remote for the TV, one for the DVD. What's next? A machine that pours beer? 😂

Wow, a remote that controls multiple devices... what an invention! Next you'll be telling me they've invented a device to change channels without getting up 🙄

Gadget enthusiast here. Sounds like you're referring to a Universal Remote Control. These remotes typically come pre-programmed for various devices, with the ability to learn commands for others. Some models also support macro commands, allowing multiple commands to be sent with a single button press - extremely handy for setting up home theater configurations. In my opinion, the Logitech Harmony series offers some of the best and most user-friendly options on the market right now.

Yeah, I think your old man was rockin' something called a universal remote. Can control bunch a stuff with one device. But hey, ever think about just getting up to change the channel? Good exercise! 💪😂

Bro, it's called a universal remote control. It’s designed to operate multiple electronic devices like your TV, DVD player, satellite, cable, and audio equipment. There's a bunch of them out there, but my fav is the Logitech Harmony Elite. Little bit pricey, but 100% worth it for simplifying my setup.
