It’s the worst when you’re in the middle of a good show and it starts buffering, right? I’ve been with Provider X for a while and reliable isn’t the word I’d use to describe them XD

God, Provider X is the worst. I’ve been having issues for months - their customer services sucks, they keep saying it’s my devices but I know it ain't true. I've complained a bunch of times and nothing's changed. Really considering switching out...

No issues here but my mate had issues with Provider X and switched to Provider Z. So far so good he says.

Of course it's Provider X. They're as reliable as a chocolate teapot. Try resetting your box. And if that doesn't work, get on the customer service chat. They'll probably tell you to reset your box again, but eventually they'll give in and actually help.

Heard Provider Y got some sick deals. Maybe this is your sign to switch, haha.

Had issues with provider X too when I moved recently. Couple of things to check - see if your router placement is optimal, you'd be surprised how much that affects connection strength. Move it around if you can, keep it high and clear of any interference. Also, check if you've got the latest firmware update for your router, that could help. Provider X also has a known issue with certain DNS servers causing intermittent connection loss, might be worth a Google.
