I juggle a lot, so I use Asana for work tasks and Google Calendar for scheduling everything else. Keeps me on my toes and always aware of what's coming up next.

Tried all the fancy apps but ended up sticking with just a good ol' fashioned paper planner. It makes things feel more real to me.

Pomodoro technique with a simple timer app works for me! Just focus for a bit, then chill. Repeat until the day is done.

Honestly, no tool will solve everything. Sometimes, it's really about self-discipline. Might be unpopular, but that's my two cents.

I've built a setup with Slack for team communication, Trello for project management, and Toggl for time tracking. This combo keeps me laser-focused on work, though it took some time to fully integrate. Also, noise-canceling headphones can be incredibly helpful.

Let me tell you, Notion is a game-changer. You can organize literally EVERYTHING—tasks, notes, projects. It's like having a digital brain.

I'm a big fan of using Forest app to stay focused. It basically locks your phone so you can plant a virtual tree. Kind of a fun way to avoid distractions.
