I've got this idea for an app that I believe can really take off. However, everywhere I read it says having a co-founder is crucial. I'm worried that might lead to conflicts or losing control over my vision. What do you think, is this just a myth, or should I start searching for someone to team up with?

From an investor's perspective, co-founders suggest stability and diverse skill sets. But solo founders can succeed too, if they fill skill gaps with advisors or early hires. Ultimately, it depends on you and the specific needs of your startup.

I've been through this. A co-founder can be crucial if they complement your skills. You don't want two people good at marketing but no one to code, right? Also, think about venture capitalists and investors; some prefer to back teams over individuals. Think strategically about your needs.
