srsly, how do u deal with burn out??

Okay, so here’s the scoop. Been workin on my startup, like non-stop and I'm hitting a wall. I know it’s a marathon, not a sprint, but how do you guys recharge when you're totally flatlining? Coffee ain't doin it for me anymore haha 😩.

First off, respect for the grind. I get where you're coming from. What's worked for me is strict scheduling, including time off. Maybe try a digital detox after hours. Turning off notifications after 6pm was a life-changer for me personally. Less screen time, more me time.

Burnout is just a state of mind. You gotta push through, but also be smart. I re-evaluate my goals, make smaller checklists, and celebrate the small wins. Keeps the momentum going. And switch from coffee to green tea, keeps you less jittery and more focused.💪

Work smarter, not harder. That’s not just corporate babble. Look at your tasks and find what’s really moving the needle. Delegate the rest. If you’re solo, consider hiring even part-time help. Being a one-person army doesn’t scale and investors like to see you know that. Prioritize your health and sleep, and remember, a burnt-out entrepreneur doesn’t make good decisions.

lol start appreciating those little compile breaks, even make intentional bugs to catch a breath (jk, don't). But seriously, disconnect for a bit. Binge some shows or get lost in a book. Anything that's not work is gold.

You should try meditation, it sounds cliché but it’s a game changer. Mindfulness can really reset your brain, give you a fresh perspective. There are some great guided sessions on YouTube or apps like Headspace. Even just 10 minutes a day before starting your work can increase productivity and help manage that overwhelming feeling. Peace ✌🏼

Ugh, burnout is the WORST. But dude, you gotta step back and take a breather. I usually hop into a new environment. Sometimes just a walk in the park or hit the gym. You're no good to your startup if you're running on fumes. And yeah, cut back on the caffeine, trust me, water and some good ol' sleep do wonders.
