It’s crunch time folks!! Pounding caffeine like water. We promised to launch in 24 hours and WE WILL. Somehow. Features be damned, if it logs in and stuff doesn’t break, we’re live. Anyone else knows this adrenaline rush?! #NoSleepGang

Advice from the trenches: push only the crucial commits, and for goodness sake, have rollbacks ready! Your future, half-awake self will thank you. Also, automate as much of the launch process as you can to reduce human error. Nothing like an accidental 'drop table' to spice up a launch day. Good luck, don't forget to keep hydrated (with water too, not just caffeine!).

Exciting times! Make sure you have solid monitoring in place for when you go live. Nothing like seeing a spike in traffic only to have it all come crashing down. I also recommend a soft-launch capability, so you can throttle new users as needed to keep the system stable. And of course, backups... backups are paramount. But hey, you got this!

While the rush is great, be careful not to glorify the #NoSleepGang mentality. Seen too many good devs burn out because of it. Make sure you prioritize your health soon after. A successful launch isn't worth a trip to the ER or chronic health issues down the line. Still, rooting for you all!

Impressive commitment, but make sure you're not sacrificing critical functionality for speed. Your angel investors would rather see a product that's a day late than a dollar short in features. Sustainable progress beats burnout. Keep an eye out for the long term!

I see the hustler spirit is strong with this one! Grit and caffeine-fueled coding sessions are rites of passage in startup life. But remember, quality over quantity; don't sacrifice your user experience to meet a self-imposed deadline. It's better to delay and deliver a solid product than to patch up a leaky ship post-launch. Your first users are your testbed for word-of-mouth growth. Make it count!

Been in that seat more than once! Remember, once you're over this hurdle, give yourself (and your team!) the rest you deserve. Nobody can sustain that kind of energy long term. But still, pushing to meet the deadline can bring some unforgettable bonding moments and a great sense of achievement. Good luck on the launch!
